Excellent food the Habashi chef Steve was very good and at preparing our meals and he was very funny. The restaurant is clean and moderately priced. Upon entering the restaurant your greated with the sound and sight of a beautiful waterfall. It's strategically located off the highway and easy to find. It is wheelchair accessible and spacious so no need to worry about accommodation.
I'm not into this kind of food but they have a fried chicken breast and white rice. So there is no reason to say they don't have anything I like cuz they kinda do lol
Don’t bother! Slightly rancid fish hiding under flavorful sauce. Terrible service, angry when we didn’t want an adult hibachi portion for an eight year old.
Wish I could leave 0 stars because the entire experience was awful. They have new hours apparently because of covid so they didn’t open until 1 which is fine. However they were not ready whatsoever to seat anyone come 1 o clock. The place smelled terrible and was run down. Our waiter was absolutely terrible as well. He was like a robot programmed to say the same phrase to every table he was “serving” that line was “food will be out in 2 minutes”. That was a blatant lie as it took almost 25 minutes to receive our sushi. Once it was finally delivered it was not worth the wait. This server proceeded to tell us that...
Fav hibachi spot ever!!! Foods always slamming . Heart lover roll 💕 great for first date that don't like raw sushi 🍣:) yummmm tip your chef!!!!bring cash
Ordered $200 worth of take-out and did not receive all my food. Drove home and realized that all the food was not in my stapled by them Ichigo ichie bag. The hostesses and wait staff are like teenagers not paying attention and only worried about their appearance. Wait staff are attempting to look busy and the manager is only worried about making sure each customer paid. Who is worried about the service then?! Food is good but service of the establishment is terrible. Management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves seeing that they are basically the same people.
Bad service, rude, didn’t honor their own menu and haggled from manager who was in front smoking a cigarette.
This was by far the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. I’m not usually one to complain but we had a reservation for 8pm for a birthday party didn’t get seated until about 9 and our server didn’t show up until past 10pm when they close at 10 pm our chef looked to be like he was sleeping and had no interest in cooking our food, he didn’t even know what sauces where what he was taking them out of the cart and smelling them, all of our appetizers came out either wrong or cold or didn’t come out at all. I actually put my appetizer on the grill myself to warm it up since I didn’t want to wait...
Went for my birthday dinner and as always the food and service did not disappoint. My picky 8year old who was there for the very first time was wowed by the food, service and is very excited to return. We will most certainly be returning.
So...things did not get off to a great start tonight. I sat solo at the big bar, was brought a menu, set up and asked to move so a couple could be seated beside me. I moved to the right - big mistake. Another couple using the “F” word 50 times over the next half hour. The waitress asked for my order without asking if I wanted a drink. I ordered a few nigiri including salmon roe which I was told they were out of only after my plate arrived. I had to ask for a dipping sauce dish. I paid my bill quickly and still hungry and wanting a drink moved the sushi bar. Very worn out chairs! The waitress asked if I wanted a m...
Food was great but was served by Jenny who was rude and judgmental. Someone at my table was singled out for not ordering water and after my boyfriend and I ordered a drink she made comments throughout the meal about us splitting a cocktail on a Monday night. It was honestly embarrassing for our waitress to insinuate we had a drinking problem at a table full of strangers and I don’t want to go back here if there’s a chance That Jenny will be my waitress again.
With reservation waited 45 minutes. Also our grill master was in a rush... after the rice was prepared, everything was cooked at the same time, next to each other; no cleaning or scraping of the grill and all the food started tasting like everything else. For the money paid would of liked a little more personal service.
They won’t take a takeout order after 8pm smh…
The staff was friendly, but our dinner experience wasn’t the greatest. Mind you, we came for a birthday and hibachi. We found a plastic shard in our sushi, our hibachi chef was, I guess you could call him “cheap” with the show he put on, and he messed up our orders several times. My mother wanted her filet rare, he overcooked it. After overcooking the steak, one of the members in our party said he would take it, so it doesn’t go to waste, and the chef just threw it away. They would rather waste food than let someone have it? Sounds pretty stingy to me. My grandmother and my aunt wanted chicken, he completely forg...
Great hibachi experience. Went on a Friday night so it was very busy. The show was a great time, from the saki to the volcano.
Dirty table and chairs, had food left on it. Asked to clean it and was given the rag to do it myself. Fish had several fishbones as I was given the end of the tail. I was also given the part of the spareagus that you trow away. I don't know if that was my punishment for asking to clean up the table, but I'm definitely not going back. Not a friendly waitress.
Whether you have dinner at the grill, at a table or at the bar, you can't go wrong. The food is good and the atmosphere is fun, so you are bound to have a wonderful time. If you like sushi, please order their volcano roll... It is so tasty ❤️❤️❤️
Booked a large reservation of 13 for my son's birthday. With how large the party was. We all thought we would be seated at 2 grills. Especially with covid regulations. They sat us at 2 grills. Then proceeded to seat 2 more parties with ours. With only a little plexiglass shield to separate us. There was no space between the other parties and ours. The service was very slow. Had to go find our server after not having drinks for 30mins. The food was mediocre at best. By the looks of the restaurant and how packed it was they are not complying with any of the new regulations. After complaining to the manager he could...
Little loud for me, but the food was delicious and the chef very entertaining 😁
Horrible experience. I had to get up and tell the waitress who was sitting at the bar I needed a drink. Then my wife's drink fell and broke and charged for another glass. On top of all this they double charged for the glass of wine. So 3 glasses of wine when my wife had 1. To top everything off I was forced to give 38 dollar tip when the waitress did nothing. Horrible service.
Ok, so they seated us quick..gave us drinks and served us food in a timely fashion..All good points here. I been here 4 times, and tonight must have been an off night though. I ordered the veggie habachi plate and instead of getting two servings of veggies that I’ve gotten before (even at this location) I got less veggies than everyone else at my table. I did get an extra serving of rice, but that was available to everyone. The meal is supposed to come with shrimp, and the chef did not give me any at all. No one checked on us, so I left a minimal tip for our waitress to dictate the service received. Suffice to sa...
I ordered shrimp tempura no tobiko with vegetable noodles with no onions. Took the order home and saw that both dishes had what I omitted. Can't enjoy food if I have to spend the first 30 minutes picking out what you specifically asked to leave out.
Disappointing Dining experience. My recent visit to the restaurant left much to be desired. The ambiance and the overall service was good. The chef seemed disinterested and did not much engaged with the guests. The food quality was mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place for those seeking wow hibachi experience.
Sushi is very good, wide selection of alcohol although the menu could use a little of a revamp. The house drinks are meh. But the hibachi is really the main attraction here and it's well worth making a trip here for it. The staff are polite and service is quick. You usually get a little a bit of everything when they cook for large groups. Haven't left hungry... ever.
